Privacy Act Information

In the past we at Nelson Funeral Service have assisted families doing genealogy research, however due to recent Privacy Acts passed by the United States and the Arkansas Legislatures we are no longer able to provide any information on a deceased person from the past fifty (50) years. If your are the next-of-kin of a deceased person and you wish to obtain information on them we will assist you in obtaining a death certificate from the Arkansas Department of Health.
