Mr. Levy Franklin "Dr. Pepper Red" Blagg, 89, of Blytheville passed away on Monday July 12, 2010 at his home. Born in Lake City, Arkansas to John Earl and Mattie May McMullin Blagg, he was a retired warehouse manager and mechanic for the Dr. Pepper Bottling Company in Blytheville, United States Army veteran of World War II, avid gardener and fisherman. He was loved by all and never met a stranger he didn't like. |

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, John Earl Blagg; six brothers and a sister. |

Mr. Blagg is survived by his wife of 67 years, Beulah Mae Maupin Blagg; sons, Richard Blagg of Osceola and James Blagg of Lepanto; two grandchildren and five great grandchildren. |

Funeral services will be held Friday July 16, 2010 at 10:00 am at Cobb Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Dogwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday July 15, 2010 from 6-8 pm at the funeral home. Cobb Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
